SNSD had many lineups before officially debuting as a nine-member group.

In a recent episode, they shared stories about the current members of idol groups and what else they could have debuted in. It was revealed that in the third group lineup for SNSD, Chanmi had been the maknae of the group before Seohyun. Unfortunately, Chanmi was cut out of the group, leaving us with the current members of SNSD.
