The MBC Korean Music Wave in Bangkok presented by JL Starnet featured SNSD’s Tiffany and Yuri and 2PM’s Nichkhun as MCs with performances by TVXQ, Son Dambi, CNBLUE, 4minute, T-ara, FT Island, 2AM, SG Wannabe, BEAST, MBLAQ, Brown Eyed Girls, After School, Secret, SISTAR, Norazo, miss A, Wonder Girls, and of course, 2PM and SNSD.
The show also presented special stages like Jokwon and Gain’s duet performance and 2PM featuring miss A.
On April 10th, MBC Section TV announced the much awaited broadcast date for the concert to be on April 17th at 6:15PM KST. The short report also showed footage of the idols leaving Korea and arriving in Thailand as well as a small look at rehearsals and backstage during the concert.
MBC's next stop will be in Japan on May 14th for the Korean Music Wave in Tokyo which will also serve as a charity concert.
