Upon receiving the news that “Heartstrings” will be cut down to 15 episodes, representative from the MBC Wed-Thu drama “Heartstrings” revealed that nothing is yet to be determined.
“Heartstrings” representative on Aug 3rd through conversation with OSEN said, “The news saying that it has been decided to be reduced to 15 episode is not true, it has not been discussed yet. The contract is originally for 16 episodes.”
Adding on, “Due to Park ShinHye’s injury, one special episode was broadcasted but so we are trying to figure out on how to do the extra one episode so that it can end as 16 episode,” he said.
Furthermore, “There might be changes in the future, but nothing has been discussed yet. I hope the viewers are giving much interest to Jung Yonghwa and Park ShinHye’s blooming romance.”
Meanwhile, Park ShinHye was involved in a car accident on the 19th of July. Due to this, “Heartstrings” was not able to film and a special episode was broadcasted instead of the regular episode.
