CN Blue’s Kang Min Hyuk puts on his acting hat once again as he joins the cast of the new KBS weekend drama, confirming the early buzz.
The drummer will play the younger brother of female lead Kim Nam Joo in“You Rolled in Unexpectedly.”
Kang Min Hyuk’s character is named Sae Kwang, which means “light of the world.” The name gives a clue into the bright and charismatic personality that he will be portraying. Additionally, Sae Kwang has been described as a ladies’ man.
“You Rolled in Unexpectedly” features Kim Nam Joo (“Queen of Reversals”) as Hong Yoon Hee, a career-oriented woman who married a doctor. She then encounters difficulties with her in-laws. The drama hopes to draw entertainment from the events surrounding the unforeseen clash between wife and in-laws.
“You Rolled in Unexpectedly” is CN Blue's Kang Min Hyuk's third drama after appearing in “It’s Okay, Daddy’s Girl” and “Heartstrings.” It begins airing on KBS in late February, replacing the currently airing “Ojakgyo Brothers.”
