Super Junior’s Sungmin will be reliving the character of Daniel in musical Jack the Ripper, along with SM artist, J-Min, as Gloria. The musical Jack the Ripper is based on the 1888 mass murders in England by an unidentified serial killer that was given the moniker Jack the Ripper.
The musical first opened in Korea in 2009 and earned a lot of attention.
Just like in 2009, Sungmin was cast as Daniel, who starts a dangerous negotiation with the murderer for the woman he loves, played by J-Min. Sungmin has been complimented for his solid singing and acting, and was given the chance to steal the hearts of audience members once more.

J-Min will act as Gloria, London’s most charming lady. J-Min, as a SM artist, participated in the SMTOWN Live concerts and SMTOWN albums. She is also known for lending her voice to various drama OSTs, such as KBS’ Wild Romance,and MBCs The King 2Hearts.
The two singers will be joined by a talented cast of Ahn Jae Wook, Yoo Jun Sang, Shin Sung Woo, Um Ki Joon. and FT Island’s Song Seung Hyun.
The musical will begin starting July 20.
