Rookie girl group TAHITI will be lending their talents for a charitable cause!
On May 4th, DS Entertainment revealed that TAHITI was chosen as advertisement models for a special event that would support the educational needs of 240 children and teens in alliance with 7/11and the Green Umbrella Children’s Foundation.
TAHITI wanted to help in any way they can, and decided to donate the money they would receive in payment of their modeling duties to the foundation. A representative revealed, “The members of TAHITI have always watched senior artist Kim Jang Hoon donate often and wanted to follow in his foot steps. Although it’s nothing big, we hope their hearts are delivered.”
The event will choose 240 students from impoverished families who can’t afford to take after-school classes. For a year, the chosen students will receive the necessary funding to continue their education, as well as receive mentoring from 40 college students and foreign high school students.
