Despite MBC’s The King 2Hearts end, Ha Ji Won continued to portray different characters in a recent photo shoot for Harper’s Bazaar. Fighting off the incredibly hot weather in Mexico’s Los Cabos, Ha Ji Won went through a classy but drastic transformation with her hair slicked back and her eyebrows immensely darkened.
Although this is first time attempting this new image, Ha Ji Won was able to pull off various charming and elegant poses.

During her interview with Harpers, she spoke a little about her recently finished The King 2Hearts.
“As I was doing this project, I spoke a lot about how if I was a man and there was a woman like Hang Ah, I would marry her. She’s a very mature and amazing woman that I had a lot to learn from. She especially didn’t give up her bomb-like love. She helped me to learn the power of when a person you believe in believes in you as well.”

Looking at all of her projects, a good majority of them center on some kind of sport from aerobics and boxing, to kendo and table tennis.
Ha Ji Won said, “When I choose a new project, I always look at the character and scenario first. It’s not on purpose, but whenever I had a project that I liked, I had to learn something new for that character. Whenever that happens, I’m more excited to do it instead of avoiding it. People around me tell me I’m good at it, so it makes me want to challenge myself even more.”

Concerning her future, Ha Ji Won answered, “When I go into filming, I don’t think about the next project. I instead try my best to enjoy being in that moment. That way, I’m mentally stable and my work efficiency gets better. Instead of planning ahead for the future right now, I like gathering things up at each point in life and creating my path from there.”
