Earlier today, Lee Min Jung shared a couple photo of herself with co-star Gong Yoo to remind fans to watch the pilot episode of “Big.”
She wrote on her me2day, “Today’s the first broadcast of drama ‘Big!’ I hope a lot of you watch it!” In the photos, the two leads smiled affectionately for the camera, showing their close relationship.
In the upcoming series, Lee Min Jung plays Gil Daran, a spunky high school teacher who’s engaged to Gong Yoo’s Seo Yoon Jae, a pediatrician who swaps bodies with an 18-year-old delinquent. The drama marks Lee Min Jung’s return to the small screen in a year, following her performance in “Midas” with Jang Hyuk. “Big” is also Gong Yoo’s first drama since his discharge from the military in December 2009.
The body-swapping rom-com promises to be another hit as it’s written by the famous Hong Sisters (Hong Jung Eun and Hong Mi Ran), the masterminds behind trendy series like “The Greatest Love,” “My Girlfriend Is a Gumiho,” “You’re Beautiful,” “My Girl,” and more. The series also stars Bae Suzy of miss A, Jang Hee Jin, Shin Won Ho, Baek Sung Hyun, Ahn Suk Hwan, Yoon Hae Young, and more.
