The Magic Numbers 532 and 4321 Gave Tiffany Her Great Legsreat Legs



How did Tiffany get her great legs? Her trainer says that through just two simple types of exercise, anyone can get legs as great as hers.
The June 13 broadcast of SBS’ Good Morning showed food researcher Lee Hye Jung going on her last diet of her life.

Kim Ji Hoon, Girls’ Generation’s (SNSD) trainer, appeared to help her with her diet, and revealed the simple steps the SNSD members took to get their perfect legs.

He taught what he calls the ‘532 method’, a name that comes from the perfect leg ratios. “5:3:2 are the ratios that make the legs look the most beautiful,” he said.

He added, “It’s a method that uses most of the muscles in the legs. It can work even the little parts at once. I thought this up while trying to make an exercise that would be fun.”

He also introduced the ‘4321 method’, about which he said, “I named it the 4321 method because it involves different aerobic exercises going on for four, three, two then one minutes.”

The method involves four minutes of step boxing, three minutes of squats, two minutes of knee-ups and a minute of slow walking.

Netizens who saw the show left reactions such as, ‘Can I get SNSD legs through this method?’, ‘Do elephant legs work with this too?’ and ‘I’m looking forward to seeing Lee Hye Jung succeed on her diet.’
