Actress Shim Hye Jin will be leaving her sitcom, We Need a Fairy. The June 19 broadcast of the KBS sitcom was revealed to be Shim Hye Jin’s last appearance on the show. Shim Hye Jin decided to exit the series due to scheduling issues with her current drama Happy Ending on jTBC as well as other personal reasons.
A source from the sitcom shared Shim Hye Jin made known her decision long ago and that the departure had been made with good will on both the drama and the actresses’ side.
In the drama, Shim Hye Jin played the role of the fairy, Wang Mo, who was the mother of Hwang Woo Seul Hye’s Chae Hwa.
