Wheesung to enlist in the military this year

Another Korean artist is confirmed to be enlisting to the military this year! On the 14th of February, Nominate Entertainment has confirmed that singer Wheesung will be enlisting in the army this year, as part of the country's two year mandatory military training.


Nominate Entertainment, Wheesung's agency, has sent out a statement stating that Wheesung is planning to enlist as an active duty soldier and is currently waiting for his exact date of entry. The representative also went on saying that Wheesung will retake his physical examination in order to enlist as an active duty soldier, in case he is drafted as a public service worker.

Although there is no confirmed date yet, Nominate Entertainment is estimating that Wheesung will be entering the military by the end of this year.
