Dynamic Duo to be the opening act of the first ever “Saturday Night Live Korea”

Rapper unit Dynamic Duo have been given the honors to be the opening performance of Korea’s first ever broadcast of  ‘Saturday Night Live Korea‘ (SNL Korea).
For those who are unfamiliar with the format of the “Saturday Night Live” series, it’s a comedy program which aims to parody contemporary Korean culture and politics. Each broadcast will feature a new musical act and a weekly guest which the parody skits will be based around.
Dynamic Duo, who recently released their 6th full-length album and are now in their 10th year since debut, have promised to perform a very special stage that is sure to match the atmosphere of “live comedy” for the show. It’s been told that the duo even asked the producers to not expose details of their performance to the public in order to preserve the element of surprise.
“We’re very happy and nervous to be the opening act of Korea’s own ‘Saturday Night Live Korea’. We’re preparing a very special stage that is sure to shock and entertain the viewers, so please look forward to it,” said Dynamic Duo, who confessed they were already big fans of the original “Saturday Night Live” American series.
The first live broadcast of tvN’s “SNL Korea” is set to air this coming December 3rd at 11 PM KST.
