Actress Choi Ji Woo is making a return to the world of Chinese dramas. On June 27, Choi Ji Woo’s agency confirmed the popular actress had come on board the upcoming Chinese drama City Lovers.
Her agency said, “We have been receiving many drama casting offers from China but we have decided to officially appear inCity Lovers.”
In the drama, Choi Ji Woo will star as a female CEO and star opposite popular Chinese actor, Qin Hao, who will play a new employee at Choi Ji Woo’s company as the two come to fall in love.
Choi Ji Woo will leave for China in early July and will spend about three months there shooting for the drama.
