Ji Hyun Woo′s Brother Says He′s in Contact with the MIA Actor

Having made a bold public confession towards his co-star, Ji Hyun Woo must have wanted out of the sudden spotlight, as he has been deemed missing in action by his company. On June 10, Ji Hyun Woo’s company, Paramount Music stated, “We haven’t been in contact with him for four days. Although he courageously confessed his feelings, it seems that he’s having a hard time. We believe he is spending some alone time, reorganizing his thoughts.”

As fans began to worry about Ji Hyun Woo’s sudden disappearance while his army enlistment date creeps closer, Ji Hyun Woo’s older brother, Ji Hyun Soo wrote a message of comfort on his blog.

He wrote, “I was surprised by my brother’s honest and bold answer which ended up becoming a confession. I just want to say, we should leave the situation for the two people involved to handle. Although his enlistment is sometime in July, the exact date is still up in the air.”

Most importantly, Ji Hyun Soo said, “And I want to add for the worrying people that the news that he is not in contact with anyone is not true,” making fans breathe a sigh of relief to read that perhaps Ji Hyun Woo has been talking with family members and not completely missing.

Ji Hyun Soo also wrote about how much effort Ji Hyun Woo put into tvN’s Queen In Hyun’s Man and remembered to thank the production staff and cast for the conclusion of an amazing project.

tvN’s Queen In Hyun’s Man was about the time slip romantic relationship between a Joseon scholar Kim Boong Do (Ji Hyun Woo) and a rookie actress, Choi Hee Jin (Yoo In Na).

Following the last broadcast on June 7, Ji Hyun Woo confessed his feelings towards Yoo In Na at the special fan meeting, causing a huge buzz in the entertainment industry.
