Singer Lady Jane recently celebrated her 29th birthday and revealed a rose given to her by her boyfriend of four years, Simon D.
On June 27th, Simon D tweeted, “Today is Lady Jane’s birthday, the one who I love. Please congratulate her! Happy Birthday!”
