Haha and Lee Kwang Soo tried to get back at their cast as a spy duo, but in the end failed miserably.The June 17 broadcast of SBS’ Running Man featured a ‘King’s Race’ with the actors Lim Ho and Lee Tae Gon.
Lim Ho didn’t make it far in the game when he was eliminated soon after the race had started. It turned out that Lee Kwang Soo, who was supposed to be on the same team as Lim Ho, had eliminated the actor to fulfill his duties as a spy.
Lee Kwang Soo had been determined to get back at everyone when he received his spy mission, but the elimination of Lim Ho made everyone suspicious of his actions. Lee Tae Gon especially pointed his finger at Lee Kwang Soo as the culprit when he said he had seen Lee Kwang Soo following Lim Ho around.
When he was sent away by the cast with suspicions on his identity, Lee Kwang Soo immediately became exhausted and said, “I can’t do this anymore. I want to turn myself in.”
He was eliminated and revealed to be a spy soon after. Ji Suk Jin added to his embarrassment when he said Lee Kwang Soo was a “low-level spy.”
Haha was then revealed to be the other spy, putting an end to the duo’s big dreams. The two were so happy to be spies, but in the end they were left distraught after being apprehended so easily.
