′SNL Korea 2′ to Put on Big Show with New R Rating

TvN′s Saturday Night Live Korea 2 (SNL Korea 2) will again be putting on a show exclusively for adults with its new R rating. The Yang Dong Geun episode shot up in popularity with the show′s first R-rated performance, and for the upcoming fourth episode, the crew of SNL Korea 2 has declared, "We′ll do whatever we can without a host."

The June 16 broadcast of SNL Korea 2, which will take place live at the CJ E&M Center, will put on a splendid Saturday live show with the 16 members of its crew, which includes director Jang Jin, Lee Han Ui, Kang Sung Jin, Jang Young Nam, Im Hye Young, Kang Yumi, Ahn Young Mi, Jung Sung Ho, Go Kyung Pyo and Kim Seul Gi. No host will appear on the episode.

Big cameos, such as the king of acting Lee Soon Jae, Grand National Party congressman Lee Jae Oh, actors Im Ha Ryong and Kim Bu Sun, will instead be spicing up the show with their appearances. The cameos from SNL Korea 2 have all contributed to the show′s political satire and weird sexy code by putting on new images never before seen.

The producers of SNL Korea 2 said, "As much as we′ve heightened the ratings, we′ll be putting on a real live TV show for adults with a sexy code, weird humor and satire. You can look forward to laughing your Saturday night off."

SNL Korea 2 first got its R rating for its June 10 episode with host Yang Dong Geun, who appeared as a sex video boy, crazy fan and even a pervert. The My Mimi Doll music video that aired in the episode made issues across the web, and even drew requests for an official music site release.
