An official from SBS said, “This year’s Gayo Daejun will be presented more splendidly than any other ceremonies with being hosted by umchinah (mother’s friend’s perfect son) Lee Seung Gi, multi-talented entertainer Song Ji Hyo and global star Yoona.
Lee and Yoona, who have been very active on entertaining programs as well as in the music scene and Song, who has showed off her sense of entertainment through SBS’ Running Man are expected to team up and make the awards more fun to watch.
The awards will be graced by many K-Pop stars who have been active in the music scene for the year, living up to its name as a song festival finishing up a year.
Representative hallyu groups including B2ST, 2NE1, 2PM, Wonder Girls, Kara, Super Junior, Girls’ Generation, and TVXQ will be catching eyes and ears of music fans with their various joint performances. Dance battles and duet performances are also being in the works.
