Super Junior has completely sold out their Taiwanese ‘Super Show 4‘!
From February 2nd through the 5th, the boys will be stopping at the Taipei Arena in Taiwan for their ‘Super Show 4′ world tour. Tickets for the event opened on January 1st, and within 17 minutes, a concert was completely sold out.
Established in 2005, the Taipei Arena is managed by the Taiwanese government so getting the proper licenses to use it are more tedious than most concert halls. Super Junior was granted access only because they became the first ever foreign singers to sell out three concerts in a row last March.
Within 17 minutes of the tickets opening, one entire show was sold out, and in 30 minutes, over 30,000 seats were taken up, the first ever in the hall’s history.
A local media reported, “The concert received immense attention once tickets opened on the 1st. It’s the first time tickets have sold out in just 17 minutes. Competition for the ‘Super Show 4′ tickets are intense, as fans had been staying up all night at the booths to not miss out. Additional tickets are currently being requested.”
