INFINITE’s Sunggyu admits he was scared to travel by helicopter

Idol group INFINITE held their ‘Mission Showcase’ on May 15, traveling to five different cities by helicopter in a single day to introduce their third mini-album to their fans.

Ahead of their Seoul showcase, the boys held a press conference at Olympic Park.
Member Sunggyu shared his thoughts on traveling by helicopter for the first time. “It was my first time riding a helicopter, and at first, the members were all scared. I held on to my seatbelt,” he said. “But I grew accustomed to it, and we talked a lot about the performance and about our fans, enjoying the free time.”
In regards to their ‘The Mission’ showcase, the members said, “When we first started planning this mission, we asked ourselves if it would be possible to cover five cities in a single day. Thankfully, the members and the staff worked really hard and now we only have one show left in Seoul.”
The boys who returned with a much more grown-up image also shared, “We think that Sungjong is the member who changed the most.”
Sungjong officially became an adult this year,” Sunggyu said. “He became much more masculine and mature. He is a rather tough and rugged guy, both on the inside and out.” But different from what was said about him, Sungjong who was seated next to Sunggyu gave a rather bashful smile, evoking laughter.
Meanwhile, the members revealed the MV to their title song “The Chaser” for the very first time at the showcase, officially kicking off promotions for their new 7-track mini-album, ‘INFINITIZE‘.
