Girls' Generation to have their own J-drama?

There are rumors of all nine members of Girls' Generation being main characters in a drama.
The drama is said to have a Japanese manga as its base, and may have episodes where each member is the main character of the episode.

The drama is planned to air first in Japan, and then in Korea. However, as the drama is only in its beginning stages, fans would see it only at the end of 2011. This is especially more so because Girls' Generation has promised to continue with musical promotions in the first half of 2011.

SM Entertainment's representative said, "We've gotten many calls about all nine members being main characters for a drama. We haven't refused it, but we don't have time to film dramas right now. We can't take a large amount of time off of their schedules to do drama filming, so it's not going to happen anytime soon."
