‘Paradise Ranch’, the drama featuring TVXQ‘s Changmin, has been gaining a lot of popularity in Japan.
On November 9th, ‘Paradise Ranch DVD Box 1′ and ‘Paradise Ranch DVD Box 2′ (released on November 2nd), both secured 1st and 2nd place on Japan’s Oricon‘s DVD weekly chart under the drama category.
The drama tells the love story between a man and a woman who fall in love again six years after their divorce. It’s noted for being Changmin’s first venture into the field of acting.
While the drama itself drew great excitement, Changmin held a solo event celebrating the release of ‘Paradise Ranch’, which further increased hype around the series.
The drama was first aired in Japan during May through Sky Perfect TV‘s ‘DATV‘ (a digital satellite broadcast station), but due to popular demand, it will be aired again this month through FujiTV.
