As soon as popular boy group MBLAQ released their new single “Scribble“, the song immediately climbed to the #1 spot on various music charts online.
The song triumphed over T-ara‘s new song “Lovey Dovey” to claim the #1 slot on both Soribada andBugs Music, while impressively securing the #3 spot on Mnet’s music chart following T-ara’s “Lovey Dovey” & Davichi‘s “We Were in Love“, as well as placing 4th on Cyworld Music.
“Scribble” sings of two past lovers whose memories with each other have now turned into scars, like scribble on their hearts.
The boys tried something new this time around. Leader Seungho attempts rap for the first time since their debut, and rapper Thunder displays a whole new side of him, showcasing his capabilities as a vocalist.
The teaser for the “Scribble” MV was revealed via MBLAQ’s official Youtube channel on the 2nd, where friends Lee Joon and Thunder violently fight over one woman. Lee Joon held up a gun to Thunder, which made fans further anticipate the full release of the music video.
The boys will also be releasing a MV teaser for their title song “It’s War“, and their fourth mini album officially drops on the 10th.
