After successfully completing the music conference,Music Matters 2012 in Singapore on May 24, Tiger JK and Yoon Mirae were featured in a section of a Singaporean newspaper.
The hip-hop couple, dubbed by the newspaper as Korea’s Jay-Z and Beyonce, graced the cover in the ‘Life!’ section of The Straits Times. They also had a full page article, talking about their struggles in bringing hip-hop into the spotlight and about their lives in general.
With Yoon Mirae venturing out into the USA with Far East Movement, Yoon Mirae and Tiger JK aspire to let Korean Hip-Hop or K-Hop be known, like the spread of K-Pop worldwide.
A fan had seen the two rappers on the newspaper and uploaded a picture of the articles to Twitter, which Tiger JK himself retweeted onto his page.
