SNSD’s Hyoyeon took a bit of an unfortunate tumble during her most recent competition on Dancing with the Stars 2.On the June 29 broadcast of MBC’s Dancing with the Stars 2, the remaining five teams competed in the season’s eighth live rounds.
On this day, Hyoyeon and her dance partner Kim Hyung Seok put on a lively foxtrot performance. During the show, Hyoyeon tossed her white dress to reveal a black dress underneath. Unfortunately soon after, Hyoyeon and Kim Hyung Seok passed over her discarded dress only to slip on it and take a big tumble to the floor. Hyoyeon, however, took the incidence in good stride and was immediately brought to her feet by her partner once more to complete their dance.
The judges still held high praises for Hyoyeon and despite her tumble, complimenting her on her ability to get back into the dance right away as well as the synergy between the two.
Backstage, Hyoyeon shared on the incident saying, “My heart is still racing. It was a completely unexpected error. But Hyung Seok told me with his eyes what the next dance move was and we were able to naturally ease into it.”
