Wonder Girls chose Hyung Don and Dae Joon, a project group the comedian Jung Hyung Don and rapper Defconn put together.
The answer was given at the interview with enews held on June 19 regarding the group’s mini album and tour concert.
Yubin actually imitated Jung Hyung Don’s famous “No, no, no, no, no, no” part in the duo’s single The Gloomy Song, and said, “It’s a great song. I was shocked at the low-budget and simple music video. Producer Park Jin Young was also surprised at how successful they were on the music charts. Their music is great, and they’re just fun to watch.”
When asked whether Wonder Girls had any plans to debut a unit group, the members answered, “There’s no talk about that yet. We did list unit and solo tracks in our previous album. Maybe we’ll try if there’s an opportunity.”
Wonder Girls came back with its second mini album Wonder Party seven months after it released Be My Baby in November 2011, and is currently promoting its electronic hip-hop single Like This.
