KARA’s ‘Super Girl’ places 5th on United World Album Chart

After making history with a #1 rank on the Oricon Album Chart, KARA‘s second Japanese album, ‘Super Girl‘ lands at an impressive 5th place on the United World Album Chart, in week 49 of 2011.
The United World Chart ranks the most popular albums according to “global sales figures and national album charts”.

Fans were thrilled to see the five adorable idols mixed in with music heavyweights, Rihanna,Nickleback, and Justin Bieber. With first week sales of 275,000 copies, KARA set a new record for their first week sales and become the top selling foreign female group, exceeding the high expectations for this album.
